Cando FM Interview

Recently Tia, one of our Year 9 students, has had an opportunity to work with Mai Harrison from CandoFM.

CandoFM is a community radio station based in Barrow. The project was part of International Women’s Day which took place on March 8^th.

Tia took part in training on how radio shows are prepared and recorded and also had the opportunity to interview a local woman from our community. Kez Turner is a film-maker and actress who works for Signal Film and Media. The interview was aired during the Drive Time show on March 8^th.  Please listen below, we’re sure you’ll agree, Tia did a fantastic job!
