Job Description:   Behaviour Support Worker – Job Description Person Specification (May 19)

Salary (in £’s): £21,589 – £27,905

                        Starting on £26,999

                        Single Status Grade 7 + 90 JWC (Grade 9)

Hours (if not full time):  34.5 hours per week, term-time only

                                        Permanent 

Location:  (Town and usual Workbase) South Cumbria area with bases currently in Barrow & Kendal.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented person from September 2019 for a support position to work across the service. Our ethos of nurture and support – coupled with high expectations for the whole learning community, continues to drive us towards greater aspirations for all of our learners. As our service expands we are looking to enhance our educational offer and this post will support our often bespoke arrangements for students with complex needs and will involve curriculum delivery. Applications are especially encouraged from those who have a vocational background who can engage young people.
